- Used computer vision to capture hand gestures from a device camera and replicate them on the robot.
- Controlled it remotely through a web interface.
- Kept it under a $100 budget using 3D printing and in-house manufacturing.

- Showed that low-cost robotics can scale for education, accessibility and security.
